To strengthen our business team, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Lead (m/f/d) to support our launch in Mumbai, India! Together with you, we would like to scale and expand our existing business in Mumbai.
Your role
As a Senior Sales Manager / Lead (m/w/d) you will report directly to our Head of Growth, India and you will identify and grow business opportunities. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
Identification and acquisition of new corporates / large enterprises.
Management of existing customers and expansion of customer relationships.
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
Achieve and overachieve individual monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by delivering business value to our clients
Development of our offering and pitch for corporates, doctors and insurances together with our Growth team in Berlin.
Reporting to the organisation through CRM and other reporting tools.
Support in all phases of cooperation with our strategic partners in India, e.g. strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives tailored to the Indian market.
Be the spearhead of Vara in the Indian market - you will be on the front line, so your experiences and feedback are mission-critical to taking our company to the next level.
