The climate transition demands radical changes in the way we do business and trillions in new capital investments. The EU has mobilized sustainable finance regulation to be a key means of driving this green capital into more sustainable business activities.
Based out of the Berlin AI Campus and financially backed by Merantix AG, Briink is a passionate team of entrepreneurs, data scientists, software engineers, designers, and sustainability experts. We harness the scale of AI to help businesses and financial institutions transform sustainable finance regulation into technology solutions that can be adopted at scale.
Our first product transforms the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities into a machine learning powered Sustainability-as-a-Service platform to enhance the ability of financial institutions and corporations to assess taxonomy eligibility and alignment, and make it easier to access the green capital so crucial to the climate transition. Our product is applied to several use cases in the sustainable finance domain, with a particular focus on the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
As our ESG Analyst, you will collaborate with both the business and product team. Your tasks will revolve around providing subject matter expertise about the EU Taxonomy, the SFDR, and the EU sustainable finance regulatory landscape to both our clients and our product development team.
You will join a dedicated, fast-growing startup with secured financing to play a key role in its growth journey. You will dive into complex research topics and get to apply all your knowledge and analysis skills to concrete customer projects. You will also be involved in the creation of informative and argumentative content about sustainable finance, and in the creation of content for our software platform. You will also gain exposure to emerging technologies in one of the most forward-looking machine learning hubs in Europe.
