We deliver bespoke client projects and engage in cutting-edge research projects in areas such as computer aided manufacturing, quality control in manufacturing, natural language processing in legal processes etc.
Our team is made up of more than 40 employees. E.g. project /sales / marketing manager, machine learning and software engineers from top-tier companies (e.g. OpenAI, Bain, IBM) and universities (e.g. MIT, Stanford, University of St. Gallen) around the world. Many of us hold a Ph.D. and gained experience at top-tier tech companies. We’re based in Europe’s startup capital, Berlin, and are growing quickly!

Your role
We are looking for an ambitious Office Manager to enhance our team and to help us build the next generation of machine learning applications for industry players. Be a part of our success story!
As our Office Manager, you will be an all-rounder that will work independently on different topics that are targeted at keeping our organization running, and allowing it to scale. Additionally, you will work closely with our management and support their day-to-day business. Your main responsibilities include:
Support our management with administrative work;
Support accounting, bookkeeping and own travel management;
Manage legal activities (e.g. customer contracts, cooperation agreements, NDAs, etc.);
Responsible for the onboarding of new joiners (e.g. Hardware, setting up required accesses)
Responsible for the HR Service (e.g. visa application);
Responsible for the office organization in general, the appearance of the office, correspondence, office setup as well for fruit, snacks and beverages;
Organize and execute team events;
Organize our appearance at international events & conferences;
Organize meetings with customers, partners, and key opinion leaders;
Support the scaling up and structuring of our organization;
Responsible for organizing management travel scheduling as well as executive appointment management.
Your profile
We are looking for a driven, reliable and thoughtful person with a proven track record of personal and professional achievements:
One successfully completed commercial education incl. further training in office management or team assistance and professional experience (2+) or comparable qualification;
Professional experience in a similar role;
Project management skills in interdisciplinary settings;
Well-structured and independent work method;
Forward thinking, coordination and organizational skills
“Can-do” drive, willingness to take responsibility, high ambition and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively;
Excellent verbal and written communication (DE/EN) and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with biz and tech teams
Experience with DATEV and GSuite is a plus;
A high level of discretion, commitment and dedication;
As well as open and clear communication.
