Founder’s Associate - Marketing & Social Media (6-months starting Sep’26)

Berlin, Zürich
Full-time
Intern / Student

What we do

To reach the age of AI, we must build together - across borders, sectors, and agendas. In response, the ETH AI Center and Merantix launched AI House in 2023: a neutral platform fostering multi-stakeholder dialogue and bold collaboration to advance meaningful and sustainable AI across science, industry, and society.

At its core is the AI House Association, a non-profit organization headquartered in Davos, Switzerland, which leads curated dialogues year-round. Its flagship event, AI House Davos, takes place during the World Economic Forum, uniting global leaders to shape the next evolution of AI.

Participants have included pioneers like Yann LeCun, Andrew Ng, Yoshua Bengio, Raquel Urtasun, and investor Ray Dalio. The platform has featured Nobel and Turing Award winners, experts from 30 top universities, executives from leading investment firms, and AI policymakers from 10 governments and 19 international organizations.

AI House is where global collaboration meets actionable progress in AI.

Your role

We’re looking for a creative, structured, and intellectually curious builder to shape how AI House shows up to the world.

As Founder’s Associate for Marketing and Social Media, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas and high-quality conversations into compelling, high-impact content, building a distinct voice and growing a global audience around AI House.

You will:

  • Own our end-to-end content engine - transforming raw intellectual output (panels, interviews) into polished, high-signal and non-hype narratives for LinkedIn, YouTube, and the AI House website reflecting our intellectual positioning.

  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and automation workflows to scale production without losing intellectual depth.

  • Set the thematic tone and manage the growth of our primary channels. You’ll refine our editorial voice, track engagement metrics, and optimize content to ensure we reach the right global audience.

  • Orchestrate high-velocity content cycles in the lead-up to and during Davos, coordinating real-time updates and experimental formats to maximize our presence during the AI House Davos week.

Your profile

We are looking for highly driven, creative operators who combine strong storytelling with execution. You are:

  • You are a gifted writer who can translate complex AI topics into human narratives. You bridge the gap between technical depth and accessible, thought-provoking storytelling.

  • You own the entire lifecycle. From a "visually and editorially opinionated" eye to hands-on execution, you know what "good" looks like and have the drive to build it from scratch.

  • You are structured, AI-native, process-oriented, and tech-forward.

  • Proactive and impact-driven, you don't wait for a brief. You take initiative to raise the bar, managing workflows efficiently even in high-pressure environments.

What we offer

In addition to a competitive intern salary, you can expect a culture that values intellectual honesty, independent thinking, and strong ownership. You will work closely with a small, high-performing team and gain direct exposure to some of the most important conversations and actors shaping the future of AI.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate like a curator, communicator and builder at once - shaping not just an event, but the global discourse around AI.
