Founder’s Associate - Content Curation (6-months starting Sep’26)

Berlin, Zürich
Full-time
Intern / Student

What we do

To reach the age of AI, we must build together - across borders, sectors, and agendas. In response, the ETH AI Center and Merantix launched AI House in 2023: a neutral platform fostering multi-stakeholder dialogue and bold collaboration to advance meaningful and sustainable AI across science, industry, and society.

At its core is the AI House Association, a non-profit organization headquartered in Davos, Switzerland, which leads curated dialogues year-round. Its flagship event, AI House Davos, takes place during the World Economic Forum, uniting global leaders to shape the next evolution of AI.

Participants have included pioneers like Yann LeCun, Andrew Ng, Yoshua Bengio, Raquel Urtasun, and investor Ray Dalio. The platform has featured Nobel and Turing Award winners, experts from 30 top universities, executives from leading investment firms, and AI policymakers from 10 governments and 19 international organizations.

AI House is where global collaboration meets actionable progress in AI.

Your role

We’re looking for a deeply curious, intellectually rigorous, and entrepreneurial mind to shape the content and voice of one of the most influential platforms in AI.

As Founder’s Associate for Content, Curation & Media, you will sit at the intersection of ideas, people, and storytelling, responsible for building a program that challenges conventional thinking and reflects true thought leadership.

You will:

  • Research and define bold, non-consensus themes across AI and global systems. You will lead the end-to-end program design - from initial ideation and narrative framing to final speaker selection.

  • Act as the bridge for our Partner Committee and world-class speakers. You’ll prepare bi-weekly discussion materials, drive partner decisions, and brief elite moderators to ensure intellectually honest debate.

  • Craft the "voice" of AI House. You will write compelling briefing materials and manage relationships with leading media institutions to position our content within the global landscape.

  • Lead on-site execution during AI House Davos week. You are the point of contact for speakers and press, managing the program flow and real-time media interactions in a high-intensity environment.

Your profile

We are looking for exceptionally sharp, independent thinkers who combine intellectual depth with strong execution. You are:

  • Deeply curious about AI’s impact on society and economics. You are a systems thinker who challenges consensus using first principles to translate complex tech into compelling narratives.

  • You have a track record in and passion for research, journalism, and/or high-level content curation. You write with precision and are comfortable engaging with senior leaders across industry, policy, and academia.

  • You thrive in ambiguity and remain calm under pressure. You don't need a playbook - you create one. You take full ownership of projects in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

  • Based in Zurich or Berlin and willing to occasionally travel for work, in particular to Davos.

What we offer

In addition to a competitive intern salary, you can expect a culture that values intellectual honesty, independent thinking, and strong ownership. You will work closely with a small, high-performing team and gain direct exposure to some of the most important conversations and actors shaping the future of AI.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate like a curator, communicator and builder at once - shaping not just an event, but the global discourse around AI.
