• Design and deliver impactful product features, owning the process from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and being an active partner for engineering during implementation.

• Produce seamless, intuitive user experiences informed by customer feedback, usability testing, and a deep understanding of our users.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to initiate and drive roadmap projects to completion.

• Develop a strong grasp of the cybersecurity awareness domain and user needs, keeping a user-centered mindset at the core of your work.

• Define and evolve our design system to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.

• Evolve our visual language to support clear, consistent, and usable interfaces across the product.

• Several years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

• Proficiency across the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to design systems and visual polish

• A collaborative, self-driven mindset - you're motivated by solving real user problems and turning complex ideas into intuitive experiences

• Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on, product-led environment with evolving priorities and high autonomy

• Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you believe is right
