Your role
As a Customer Success Manager with expertise in ESG, you will be at the heart of Briink’s mission to support our clients on their sustainability journeys. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients are successful in implementing our AI tools tailored to their ESG workflows and for providing ongoing support to help them meet their sustainability goals. You will build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued. You will also take an active role in identifying opportunities to upsell Briink’s solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Support ESG Workflows: Help clients streamline their ESG workflows such as due diligence, ESG data verification, and understanding ESG regulations like CSRD. You will guide them through the complexities of these processes using Briink’s AI tools.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from onboarding through continuous support. Ensure they are fully leveraging Briink’s solutions to achieve their ESG and sustainability objectives while building lasting, trust-based relationships.
  • Drive Client Satisfaction and Retention: Develop and implement personalized customer success strategies by analyzing client data and using proactive recommendations. Ensure clients have a seamless experience with Briink to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell and Expand Client Accounts: Identify and act on opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing additional products and services that meet their evolving ESG and sustainability needs. Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive value for clients.
  • Customer Training and Support: Lead trainings and best practices, including AI prompt optimization support, offering continuous support to ensure customers meet their sustainability goals and maximize the value of Briink.
Your profile


  • Passion for ESG and Sustainability: You are deeply committed to addressing climate change and enthusiastic about helping customers navigate the evolving landscape of ESG regulations, including CSRD compliance.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients, always thinking about their needs and finding ways to add value through tailored solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented: You are comfortable working with data management and reporting tools, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in German (native level) and English, and can build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborative and Organized: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management or a client-facing role within ESG, consulting, advisory, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of ESG workflows, including due diligence, verification, and regulatory requirements such as CSRD.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn AI prompt optimization to support client success.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in German (native level) and English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer success platforms and data reporting tools, and an eagerness to leverage these systems to improve customer outcomes.
  • A passion for helping international clients succeed and a drive to build long-term relationships based on trust and value delivery.
