Your role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business development team and drive revenue growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. Our ideal candidate has experience in outbound sales and excels at engaging with clients. The SDR will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales process, setting the foundation for successful customer relationships.

Your main task at Briink will be:
  • Generate pipeline: you must create a lead generation machine based on outbound channels (e.g., cold messages on LinkedIn, emails, calls) and execute everything firsthand. You will have teammates who will assist you in performing all necessary activities to fill our calendars with demo calls with qualified leads.
Your profile
  • Outbound and client-facing feels like home - You enjoy reaching out and engaging with interesting clients and prospects who are eager to learn more about what we do and test out our products.
  • Excellent communication skills -  to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative spirit - Part of what excites you about this role is the opportunity to work with multiple teams within the company, from founders to product.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience doing outbound and in customer-facing roles, e.g., sales/account management, customer success, partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and sales automation tools 
  • Affinity for technology and a drive to learn about building products, AI, and LLMs (with proper support, of course).
  • Fluent in both English and another European language (preferably German or French).
  • Presentation skills and experience, whether in front of 3 or 200 people.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience working in startups or with technology.
  • Additional business proficiency in a major European language.
  • Specific expertise in any of the following areas: supply chain ESG procurement, ESG auditing, ESG compliance, ESG asset management.
